Manav Kapoor

Chief Business Officer

Manav is an Entrepreneurial Executive with 15 + years of Global experience in Sales and Strategic Account Management for both Fortune 100 and SME clients across Asia Pacific Region. Manav is Co Founder of IdeaBridge with responsibility for charting the company’s business development strategy, enhancing its workforce, alliances, strengthening client relationships and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to drive future growth. Manav is Post Graduate in Computer Science and have also attended Executive Program in Sales & Marketing.

Samraat Sardesai

Chief Product Officer

Samraat role is to conceptualize and design the overall product experience at IdeaBridge. Part of his day to day job is to drive and participate in product demos, design implementation, testing, refinements, improvements and delivery. Samraat holds a Masters in Visual Communication from IIT - Mumbai IDC and has been awarded with “Best Interaction Designer” by Microsoft Research Center.

Andre Cardozo

Chief Technology Officer

Andre has over 15 years experience and proven ability to drive agile product development with a broad mix of business & technical skills across; IT operations (full life cycle), digital technology/innovation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, cloud hosting, leading cross functional development (Scrum) teams & ability to work through problems collaboratively. Andre role is to conceptualize and head the overall product development at IdeaBridge. Andre has done his Bsc in Mathematics and completed his Master of Computer Applications from Goa University.
